It is a 4bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms and another bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a seperate toilet downstairs. Theres an inside braaiarea. Big openplan tv room with fully built-in appliances in the kitchen(fully stocked with cutlery and crockery) and a diningroom. Seperate scullery and double garage. There is only one row of houses in front of us and the river which is ideal for watersports, fishing and boattrips which are run by several cruise companys.
